Об Анне Паркман

Не всё является тем, чем кажется, и не всё, что кажется, существует на самом деле
Anna Ewa Parkman

Anna Ewa Parkman was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, where she spent her early years immersed in a highly cultured and intellectually rich environment.

From the age of four, she studied classical piano, and her childhood was deeply influenced by the traditions of Russian artistic education — including regular exposure to the Philharmonic, the St. Petersburg Chapel, and the Mariinsky Opera and Ballet Theatre. This early immersion shaped her sensitivity to depth, structure, and emotional nuance.

At the age of seven, her parents divorced — a pivotal moment that marked the beginning of a profound inner journey. Experiencing emotional intensity at a young age, Anna turned toward psychology as a way to understand human behavior, pain, and the mechanisms behind it. By the age of nine, she was already reading works by Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung, developing an early foundation in psychological thinking.

She later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Cinema and Television in Saint Petersburg, while simultaneously pursuing advanced studies in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, becoming a Master Practitioner of NLP.

After graduation, Anna worked in advertising and communications, including roles in both agency and corporate environments. In 2005, she gave birth to her first daughter, Sofia. In 2008, she relocated to Cyprus, and in 2010 moved to Miami, Florida, where she would establish her life in the United States.

Following the birth of her second child, Alexander, in 2013, Anna stepped away from her professional career to focus on motherhood. During this period, life circumstances brought her back to psychology — not as an academic interest, but as a practical necessity and a field of deep personal exploration.

She went on to receive certifications as a Life and Health Coach in the United States, including training with the Tony Robbins–Madanes program, and completed additional studies in psychology through institutions in both the U.S. and Russia.

Her areas of expertise expanded to include cognitive behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy, psychoanalysis, EMDR for trauma, schema therapy, psychosomatics, family systems, body-oriented therapy, and multiple integrative approaches. Over time, she developed a reputation for combining disciplines into a highly effective, results-driven methodology.

Her first book, Apocalyptin, gained international recognition and was translated into multiple languages. The book explores core psychological patterns and offers pathways for deep transformation.

In 2021–2022, Anna was awarded the title of Mrs. Florida Globe and later founded a non-profit organization.

🔥 Turning Point

After more than 20 years in psychology and human development, Anna underwent a direct transcendental experience of Satori and Samadhi — a pivotal shift that redefined her understanding of reality, consciousness, and the structure of human experience.

Following this, she moved beyond traditional psychology and developed a new approach focused on the energetic and structural architecture of reality.

Today, Anna Parkman is known as a meta-mentor and energy practitioner, working with high-level individuals at the level of identity, perception, and decision-making systems.

Her work is not therapy.
It is not coaching.
It is a recalibration of the human system.

At the core of her methodology is a proprietary process known as Re-Coding — a deep transformation designed to restore the energetic structure of a person to its original, coherent state and rewrite the internal patterns that shape life outcomes.

Anna works with entrepreneurs, investors, and public figures who seek not incremental change, but a fundamental shift in how their reality is constructed and experienced.

She is a mother of three, a wife, and currently lives in Miami, Florida, where she continues to develop her work, write, and lead high-level transformational processes.
